Bring on spring!
The flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping, the air is fresh and cool… okay, I guess it depends on where you are.
But that’s what’s going on here and I am loving it!

Even though spring hasn’t officially arrived, it is only just around the bend – which makes this the perfect time to get ahead on your spring crochet projects!
Good thing my fellow crocheters designers and I decided to get together to bring you some amazing NEW patterns that are sure to add a touch of style to your spring.
Let’s Show Off Our Spring Style!
Ya’ll I can find something I love about every season. Can’t you?
In summer there’s the heat, the beach, and the Fourth of July.
Fall brings us crisp air, gorgeous colors, pumpkin spice, Halloween, and Thanksgiving.
Winter is the time for snow, crackling fireplaces, gift giving, and Santa Claus.
But there’s something special about springtime.
It’s like the world is waking up from a long cold sleep and everything is born anew.
Life becomes painted with soft-hued pastels and luscious emerald green.
I can almost smell the freshly cut grass, the barbeque grilling, and the strong essence of floral wafting through the air.
Just the thought of spring brings forth images of bunnies, babies, flowers blooming, little chicks, and children searching frantically for brightly colored Easter eggs.
The joy of it all seems intoxicating.
Indeed, spring has a style all it’s own!
And it’s that delicate cheerfulness that my crochet designer friends and I wanted to capture that in our latest patterns.
And of course, we want to share them all with you!
That’s why Sarah from Ned & Mimi and I decided to throw a blog hop – so our designer friends can share their newest and most stylish spring patterns with all our crocheter friends. 😃
Check out all the amazing designers who participated – I am sure you’ll be adding a few to your favorites list!

And yes – you can expect the next one this June (it’s summer themed) so if you are not already on my newsletter you may want to sign up as I will be sending out messages as we get closer as well as a daily pattern reminder. 🙂

I just purchased the bundle and I have no idea what i did wrong but now I can’t find the patterns. What do I do or where do I go any help is appreciated
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Deborah,
I will send you an email as well, but wanted to be sure I responded to your comment also. Immediately after purchase you are automatically redirected to the patterns for download. However, some people do miss this. You can also access the patterns via the “access your purchase” button located at the end of your Thrivecart invoice. I have just resent your invoice just in case it got lost in cyber space. Please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folders and email me at [email protected] if you can’t seem to find it and I will be happy to help.
Best wishes,
RaeLynn
Cindy
I think I commented earlier, but I don’t see that it posted. I just want to tell you that I LOVE this blog hop! I think it is the best I’ve ever seen! I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time and effort you and all the designers have put forth to share this here with us all.
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Cindy,
I apologize – I didn’t get to your previous comment before today due to a family issue that took me away from doing the very minimal at work. However, I do want to say thank you very much for both your kind comments. I know that ALL the designers appreciate it! These blog hops take a lot of work and this one was particularly challenging as most of us designed a brand new pattern for it. We are so grateful to know that it is appreciated! 🙂
Sincere thanks,
RaeLynn
Cindy
This is, by far, the best blog hop I have ever participated in! I am so happy for all the sweater and wrap patterns! Thank you so much for the encouragement and generosity of each designer!!!
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Cindy,
Thank you so much for your sweet comment! I apologize for the delay in responding. I have a family issue this past week that took up much of my time, but I and I know all the designers appreciate your kindness. I will be sure to pass it on to them!
Best wishes,
RaeLynn
Sylvia
I tried to get the lace shawl and it didn’t work and checking back now it’s still showing active on the page but now saying expired when trying again on ravelry. So sad.
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Sylvia,
I am not sure why it didn’t work for you as I know the designer got thousands of downloads on her day. The code is left up for a little longer as a lot of the designers leave it active longer to for those who may have missed it the first day. She must have recently deactivated her code so I will remove it. It may be worth clicking on her pattern image and going to her website as a lot of designers put their patterns for free on the blog so you may still be able to get it that way.
Best wishes,
RaeLynn
Linda
I tried buying ‘Lace Shawl’ which is free today, March 15th, 2021. When I clicked buy using coupon, it went to a page, but nothing came up so I could use the coupon. I really would love getting this pattern. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much
Linda, ‘KnickerKnacker’, Dills
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Linda,
I encourage you to try again. It actually sounds like an internet issue. When you click on the download link from the designer’s site it takes to Raverly. I know it works because she’s had thousands of downloads and I’ve downloaded it myself. I suspect your computer had an issue loading Ravelry for some reason.
If you continue to have issues please email me at [email protected].
Sincerely,
RaeLynn
Judy Warger
So I attempted to get the lace fan shawl and when I clicked on purchase, there was nowhere for the coupon code and I was charged for it instead. Not that it really matters but…..never had the option to use the code. Just thought you should know. By the way, Beautiful pattern.
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Judy,
I am so glad that you like the pattern, but I really wish you had contacted me before purchasing the pattern. Thousands of people have downloaded this for free today. I wonder… where you logged into Ravelry? You have to be logged into Ravelry for the pop up screen that has the “apply coupon code” button on it. Unfortunately, Ravelry does not allow refunds, but if you contact the designer for the Lace Fan (Raffamusadesigns.com) she may be able to come up with an acceptable resolution for you.
Sincerely,
RaeLynn
Sarah Kline
I have tried twice (two different days) to use the coupon code for that day. I was unable to process the code through Ravelry.
Just thought you should know…
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Sarah,
Thank you for letting me know. However, as of right now both the code for today and yesterday are still up and working successfully. Please be sure you are logged into Ravelry or don’t have a mistake in the code or perhaps a space at the beginning of the code (this would be easy to miss).
Also, Ravelry can glitch every once in a while. Feel free to email me and send me a screenshot of what you are seeing so I can help you trouble shoot.
Best wishes,
RaeLynn
Tina
I am trying to DL the March 5 pattern and the code is not working. I have checked your FAQ and none of that helps. The code is not expired yet so not sure what the issue might be. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to give me with this.
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Tina,
I appreciate you checking the FAQs, however, I know for a fact that code is working as it has had thousands of downloads today and I have a screenshot of it working. It does happen rarely that Raverly can glitch. Please email me and I will be sure you get the pattern.
Best wishes,
RaeLynn
Julie
Hum… 4 march … i’ve wrote spring and SPRING,, but not available. 😭😭😭😭
What to do ?
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Julie,
I’ve written an FAQ section just for instances like this. Here is the link to the FAQs: https://itchinforsomestitchin.com/blog-hop-faqs/
Let me know if you are having trouble after you review those. Feel free to reach me by email at [email protected]
Best wishes,
RaeLynn
Chris
Hi,
I missed the patterns from previous days because I only received the email today.
Kind regards
Chris
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Chris,
I have checked my email server and indeed your sign up was confirmed for today so you would not have received the previous days notifications. However, all is not completely lost. There is always the option to purchase the bundle, which will give you all 31 PDFs plus 2 additional bonus patterns. You can do that HERE. Also, some of the designers do put their patterns out for free on their blogs at some point so it may be worth clicking on those designs from this post and checking to see if you can get them that way. Your final option is to contact those designers directly, as they may be willing to pass a copy on to you, but that would be entirely up to their discretion.
Good luck and best wishes,
RaeLynn
Laurie Carle
I’m having trouble getting the code for day 4, March 4 to work in Ravelry or on her joy in motion website to take off the price of the pattern?
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Laurie,
The coupon code only works on Raverly so it definitely will not work on Joy of Motion’s website shop. I have verified that the code works at least 3 times today. Please make sure that you are logged into Raverly and that you do not have a hidden space in front of the coupon code, both are common reasons it may not work on Ravelry. Here are some other FAQs that may help you: https://itchinforsomestitchin.com/blog-hop-faqs/
Let me know if you are still struggling after you check into these things. Feel free to contact me via email at [email protected]
Sincerely,
RaeLynn
Aleeha
Never mind. I am sorry. I think I checked too soon before it posted.
Itchin4Stitchin
Glad you found it! 🙂
Aleeha
Oops! There is no code posted for today’s pattern.
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Aleeha,
I see your second message that you did find the code. Let me know if you have any other issues!
Best wishes,
RaeLynn
Bev
I tried all day to get the first free pattern…the cardigan. I never got it. Don’t know why.
Itchin4Stitchin
Hi Bev,
Did you put in the coupon code in Raverly and the price turn to free? If so, the pattern is stored in your Ravelry Library. There is a video at the top of the post – How to Download a pattern on Ravelry – that shows you how to find it.
Best,
RaeLynn
