Hi Pam,
Each featured pattern is advertised to be available for 24 hours (12am - 11:59pm EST). However, some designers allow downloads a bit longer to compensate for time differences so I always leave the code up a smidge longer just in case. The Feather & Fan Scarf was day 6 (yesterday) so I left it up for a bit today (day 7) just in case the designer left her code active a little longer.
