Tools & Materials
- NICEEC 4ply 100% cotton yarn, color White, 1 skein /50g / 160m / 175yds
- 2.75mm steel crochet hook
- embroidery scissors

Abbreviations:
This pattern is written in US crochet terminology.
- Chain/s (Ch/s)
- Slip stich (Slp-st)
- Single crochet (Sc)
- Half-double crochet (Hdc)
- Double crochet (Dc)
- Treble crochet (Tr)
- Double treble crochet (Dtr)
Special Stitches:
Magic Ring (MR) – form a loop with the yarn, crochet stitches into the loop while holding the tail, then pull the tail to close the ring snugly.
Bobble (BO) – Work 4–5 incomplete double crochets (YO, insert hook, pull up a loop, YO, pull through two loops) in the same stitch, leaving the last loop of each on the hook. Then yarn over and pull through all loops on the hook to create the bobble.

Instructions
Round 1: Make a magic ring and ch 4 ( counts as a tr), work 2 tr into the ring, *ch 2, work 3 tr into the ring*, Repeat from * to * 5 more times, ch 2, slp-st into the top of the ch 4 to close.
Round 2: Ch 10 (counts as 1 tr and a ch 6), large bobble in the next ch 2-sp, *ch 6, large bobble in the next ch 2-sp*, Repeat from * to * 4 more times, slp-st to the 4th ch of the ch 10 to close.
Round 3: Slp-st into the ch 10-sp, ch 3, slp-st into ch 10-sp, ch 5, slp-st into the ch 10-sp, ch 3, slp-st into the ch 10-sp, *ch 13, slp-st into the next ch 6-sp, ch 3, slp-st into the same ch 6-sp, ch 5, slp-st into the same ch 6-sp, ch 3, slp-st into the same ch 6-sp*, Repeat from * to * 4 more times, ch 13, slp-st into the 1st slp-st of the the round to close.
Round 4: Slp-st into each of the 1st 6 chs on the last ch 13 of the previous round (to the right NOT the left – will have to turn the snowflake so you are working right to left and then turn it back after working into the 6 chs – see video for demonstration), *ch 15, slp-st to the top of the ch of the next ch 13 (the 7th ch)*, Repeat from * to * 5 more times.
Round 5: Ch 3, slp-st into the same st as the final slp-st from the previous round, *(slp-st, 2 sc, hdc, dc, tr, dtr, ch 3, small bobble to 3rd ch from the hook, dtr, tr, dc, hdc, 2 sc, slp-st) into the next ch 15-sp, slp-st into the top ch of the next ch 13 from the previous round, ch 3, slp-st into the same st*, Repeat from * to * 5 more times, with the 5th time ending with the cluster into the final ch 15-sp, slp-st into the 1st ch of the 1st ch 3 to close.
